Midwest Regional Grand Design Owner's Rally

🎆WELCOME TO YOUR 2024 MIDWEST GD OWNER'S RALLY IN MISSOURI!

We are so excited to have everyone join us! We will have a pretty relaxed rally, making sure everyone gets back to the reason they enjoy camping .... nature, relaxing, firepits, time to chat and just traveling the good old USA! 💓🤍💙

✨ Tickets will be $125.00 this year and will include swag, 3 meals, and a breakfast!

✨ Once you have confirmation # from ticket, then you can contact Twin Eagle Lake campground to reserve your site. (573) 436-3034 😀

If you are in need of a cabin, there are limited cabins left but there are some awesome covered wagons. There are also tent sites so please make sure you let them know what exactly you will be needing.

👩‍🦰👩‍🦱👶🦸‍♀️🏃‍♀️ KIDS OR EXTRA GUESTS: there are separate tickets for those with children as well as if anyone is bringing guests who will be staying with them or in cabins or covered wagons. You must complete these questions so we have correct head counts for food, seats at seminars, etc.

** Kids 10-17 $25.00 (includes 3 meals, seminars, games, no swag)

** Additional guests or kids 18 and older $35.00 (includes 3 meals, seminars, games, no swag)

*** If you have guests or children show up and they do not have the proper ID on they will not be able to participate in the meals, seminars or auctions.

** IF YOU DO NOT HAVE KIDS OR GUESTS, PLEASE JUST PUT N/A OR NONE IN THE QUESTION ANSWER AREA. Thank you!

✨ CANCELLATION POLICY: you will contact the wagonmaster directly to receive your ticketbud refund, however DO NOT cancel your campground site as we will use it to give to someone on the wait list.

**** If you cancel after July 1st there will be 25% tix fee of $31.25

**** There will be no refunds after Aug 25th as we will have to have all food orders finalized 30 days out. Yes, we understand with unforseen medical issues or family emergency and we can work with you on case by case basis!

BUT ... DO NOT cancel with campground, just let us know and we will take care of that!

If you do cancel for ANY reason, the ticketbud fees are not refundable! So please make sure that you are all in when purchasing, but again we know things come up and will work with you as best we can!

🛺GOLF CARTS: these will be available for rent ($70 p/day then disc from there on per day rental ie, 5 days $200). Please make sure to let us know in the questions if this is something that you will be needing ... there are plenty to rent but we'll also have a GUBER crew that will be cruising the areas to give rides to those in need. Carts are first come first served when you arrive and you cannot pay for them ahead of time. Please answer the questions so we know approximately how many we'll be looking at. 🚲There will also be a few electric bikes for adults and kids to rent so let us know if interested in that as well.

🎆 We have 3 charities this year: MISSOURI VETERAN'S HOME, IRONDOG K9 INTERNATIONAL and of course the ELKS "CHRISTMAS FOR KIDS", helping those children that have needs during holidays. We will ask for food donations again for the kids backpacks and gift baskets and auction items you might want to bring and that info will go out later. Our auction team is already on it with awesome ideas that will be coming out throughout the months leading up to event! We will be taking the food out in town to the food bank where they are packed up on Thur at lunchtime as a volunteer event, more to come on this! 💓

💓🤍💙🏁 Thursday night we will give out prizes from the MO Veteran's Home rafflles

👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩👨‍👨‍👦👩‍👩‍👧 Saturday night will be the auction / fundraiser for Elks "Christmas for Kids" and Irondog K9 International. Awesome Charities!

✨Optimum RV is the local dealer: they will be providing some fun on Wed night with sno-cones and cigars, and sponsoring Thurs dinner Optimum RV Sub Night! The particulars will go out in follow up once they have solidified plans but there will be some RSVP questions to answer so please make sure you fill those all out!!!! Very important for food counts!!! They will also be supporting with local techs from their shop as well as parts, etc on hand you just might need!

🔆VENDORS! There will be many vendors on hand: MORryde, Kleen Tank, Gabe's Pride, Traveling Browns, Purple Slice Cleaning Kits, Performance Trailer Braking , etc. We will have vendors send out flyers for specials, The Mobile RV Tech will be there to help with repairs as well as providing sales of Proteng Fire Suppression and Micro Air. There will also be some food, and other surprises as well and will update as we get spots filled up. So yes, there will be things for everyone! They will all be centrally located next to pavilion so it will be easy to spend time (and money LOL) in vendor alley!

🔆Midwest Rally Market - this will be for all crafters, woodworkers, painters, quilters, bakers, jam/jelly makers, metal art, etc. We will turn the pavilion into a market for the night from 6-9! Music, sip your beverage, and wander the market purchasing some amazing items made by our own owners and a few other retail vendors. 💥T-shirt sales - St Andrews, who does all the custom wear for Grand Design, will be making our shirts this year. We will work with them on the design, then a link will go out to everyone so you can get your order in! You will be able to pick them up at registration.

🎆🪕🎵💥Live music and fire pit time is a must each night! Again, getting back to why we love to get on the road, away from the hustle and bustle and we'll be just starting the cooler fall nights! We will also have bingo, corn hole tournament as well as some more fun things TBD!

💟Don and I, along with our wonderful team of volunteers, cannot wait to meet everyone and looking forward to a wonderful time with friends! 💓
